And perhaps you noticed the new PeopleMetrics website! In honor of CX Day we have re-launched the face of PeopleMetrics with more clarity, more content and more opportunities to engage with us.

We are committed to continuing to learn, grow, and evolve our understanding of customer experience – our own and that of our clients. Like all of us in the CX space, we realize that this is a journey. And like all good explorers we’re going to document it.
